Terms & Conditions: Full payment is required in advance for reservations of six or fewer nights. For reservations of seven or more nights, a deposit of 50% is required with balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will be refunded, minus 20% service charge. Large groups and reservations during holiday periods are non-refundable. Holiday periods include up to 4 days prior and after select holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Martin Luther King & President's Weekend, and Easter. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date are also non-refundable. If you reserve over the phone or by email, your reservation is held for 48 hours until your payment is received. We cannot offer refunds due to inclement weather, missed transportation, delayed flights, health issues, or excessive noise. Please contact your travel insurer for details. Please arrange arrival times with our concierge staff. Check in time is 3pm, early check in is accepted with prior permission. Dinner is the first meal served on check in, additional fees apply if early meals are requested.
Breakfast is the only meal served on your checkout date. You are responsible for car service fees to and from the airport and bus terminal. Please add 5% to your payment for local fees. |
